for Poster Presentations....
If you have
received funding from KY EPSCoR or one of the Federal EPSCoR or IDeA
programs, we would like you to share your research progress and outcomes
from the award during the conference.
Please use
this
downloadable word document to submit an abstract (limited to 300
words) of your proposed poster
presentation by
Friday, September 26th.
The abstract should be e-mailed to Liz Knapp at
lknapp@kstc.com. Receipt
will be confirmed via e-mail.
Each selected poster will have a 3'9" (45 inch) high by 7'7" (91 inch) wide
cloth display
area. The posters should be tacked up in their assigned location during
registration between 7:30 to 8:20am
on October 3, 2008, the day of the conference.
Tacks for hanging the posters will be available at the registration desk.
We expect attendees to peruse the displays throughout the day.
However, authors should be present to answer questions during the scheduled
poster session
in the afternoon
from 1:30 - 3:00pm.
Note: Please have your posters retrieved by 4:00pm the latest.
The displays will be dismantled at 4:30pm.
