Instructions for Obtaining a KY EPSCoR Commitment Letter Per DOD’s
broad agency announcement (BAA) for FY2009 DEPSCoR Funding, a signed
statement of commitment from organizations providing cash match is required for
each proposal submission (see page 10 of the BAA at the link below ). The KY EPSCoR Statewide Office will provide up to $100,000 in cash match for each proposal selected by an institution for submission to DOD (limit 3 per KY academic institution). If your proposal is selected, and you would like to take advantage of the $100,000 KY EPSCoR match, please have your institution’s Office of Sponsored Programs or Grants Management Office email Liz Knapp (lknapp@kstc.com) to request a personalized, signed copy of this draft letter. In the email, they will also need to provide the principal investigator (PI)’s: name, title, address, e-mail, and phone. In return, the finalized letter will be e-mailed as a pdf file to both the PI and the university official sending the request.
